Spray or spread XCEL with a wash mitt on entire surface to clean off rustproofing. One liter will be needed to clean a car. Let product penetrate the surface for 2 minutes, agitate or activate with a wash mitt and rinse with cold water with a pressure washer. Do not leave on the plastic.
