The DA-01 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of the PAICAR 01 polishing compound and guarantee the best possible result.
The red foam of the DA-01 pad is designed to remove oxidation and particularly deep scratches extremely quickly, working effectively on most paints on the market.
For the DA-01 pad, a rigid foam was selected, with density and PPI (pores per inch) characteristics that guarantee high durability, absolute stability, maintenance of its shape and hardness throughout the polishing process and uniform processing, without "tears".
Combined with PAICAR heavy cut compound, the DA-01 red pad ensures extremely high abrasive capacity: it allows you to "smooth out" scratches and defects that would be irreparable with other softer foams. For this reason, the DA-01 pad is often used with rotary polishers to further enhance its cutting capacity. However, the particular shape of this pad is also designed to work with random orbital polishers, allowing you to polish less accessible and narrow areas, reducing the risk of overheating or "burning" the surface. The 25 mm height improves the operator's sensitivity and allows for a more stable and vibration-free process.
